  • I've recently changed to a private plate, when will the vehicle information reflect?

If you have added a private plate to your car, it may take up to a for the correct vehicle information to reflect on your account, as the DVLA only send out update files monthly. 



  • I have a new car and the information isn't pulling through yet

Similar to a private plate, new vehicle information may take up to a month to reflect via our provider API. We will continue to recheck the vehicle information on a weekly basis, once the information is available, your account will be up to date.



  • My vehicle information isn't correct

If your vehicle information is not correct, but it shows correctly on the vehicle enquiry service, please let us know and we can follow up with our supplier to resolve the issue.
