  • I've recently changed to a private plate, when will the vehicle information reflect?

If you have added a private plate to your car, it may take some time for the correct vehicle information to reflect on your account, as the DVLA only send out update files monthly.

  • I have a new car and the information isn't pulling through yet

Similar to a private plate, new vehicle information may take up to a month to reflect via our provider API. We will continue to recheck the vehicle information on a weekly basis. Once the information is available, your account will be updated. You can still continue to record your mileage with this outstanding task.

  • My vehicle information isn't correct

If your vehicle information is not correct, but it shows correctly on the DVLA Website ( vehicle enquiry service ) please let us know and we can follow up with our supplier to resolve the issue.

  • I need to re-activate an old vehicle

If you need to re-activate an inactive vehicle, please reach out to TMC via Live chat and we will be able to assist you with this.

  • Can you book a service or repair my vehicle?

We cannot book any repairs for you, we do not handle flat tyres, cracked windscreens, services or any queries regarding the maintenence of the vehicle. Please speak to your fleet team about this if you have a company car or the relevant vehicle provider if this is a personal vehicle.
