Under ‘My Details’ > ‘Home Charging’, select your Charge Point Provider from the dropdown
If you do not have a home charger, please tick 'I don't have a home charging unit / wallbox'. This will disabled the outstanding task asking you to upload home tariff information. But note; this will also block you from adding any kWh value at close off.
Once selected, click ‘Add Tariff’
You’ll be taken to a new screen, where you need to enter your tariff information
Select whether your tariff is either fixed or variable
Enter if it’s a single rate, or multi-rate tariff
Enter the start date for your tariff
Variable tariffs will automatically populate the end date as a year in advance - when you add a new tariff, the end date will be overwritten with the start date of the new variable tariff uploaded. This is so you’re never without an active tariff on your account, even if you haven’t received your latest tariff yet
Enter your rate information, including the provider and whether the statement includes tax or not
Upload an image of your home tariff, the document should reflect the information entered on the system, if you don’t provide evidence, then your document may be rejected
Your tariff will then go to our team to be reviewed, allow two working days for the document to be reviewed. Any notes about rejection or modification will be emailed to you.
All checks will take two working days to be completed by our team. Chasing the status of your check, within the two working day SLA, will not mean your document is checked sooner.
