Closing/Removing an account

If you wish to permanently close your mileage account, then you will need to contact your company's fleet department to request this.

 

If you speak to your company, and they are happy for the account to be closed, then the account closure should be requested by them, for us to action. We can only close your account, or remove you from the system, if this is requested by your company.



Your company may decide you still require a mileage account. If this is the case, your company will be able to explain the reason for this.
