Once you have added a vehicle, if required by your company policy, when driving a personal vehicle for business use, you may be required to upload an insurance document, with proof of business cover, to your account.
If you're driving a company car, but being asked for an insurance document, you will need a scheme switch.
- Go to 'My Details’ > ‘Vehicle Details & Supporting Documents’
- Under the ‘Vehicle Documents’ > ‘Insurance Certificates’, click ‘Select File’.
- Locate the insurance document, where you can clearly see that business cover is included in the policy, for the vehicle.
The document, for the default vehicle, MUST be the Certificate of Motor Insurance. We cannot accept policy schedules or any other document as proof of insurance for the default vehicle.

- Once selected click ‘Upload File’.
- Once uploaded, you will be prompted to enter the expiry date for the loaded insurance document.

- Once uploaded, with an expiry date entered, our team will check the document with a two working day SLA.
Document checks require a two working day SLA to be checked, chasing the team for an update on your document check will not speed up this process. You will be unable to enter mileage until the document has been checked.
