Once you have added a vehicle, if required by your company policy, when driving a personal vehicle for business use, you may be required to upload an insurance document, with proof of business cover, to your account.
If you're driving a company car, but being asked for an insurance document, you will need a scheme switch.
- Go to 'Account Details’ > ‘Vehicle Details & Supporting Documents’
- Under the ‘Vehicle Documents’ > ‘Insurance Certificates’, click ‘Select File’.
- Locate the insurance document, where you can clearly see that business cover is included in the policy, for the vehicle.
- Once selected click ‘Upload File’.
- Once uploaded, you will be prompted to enter the expiry date for the loaded insurance document.
- Once uploaded, with an expiry date entered, our team will check the document with a two working day SLA.
Document checks require a two working day SLA to be checked, chasing the team for an update on your document check will not speed up this process.
