From your dashboard, you will have an outstanding tasks box that will display any information that needs updating or tasks that you need to complete.
In most cases, you will be able to update these tasks yourself by clicking on the box or selecting them from 'My details'. If you are unable to update the outstanding task yourself, please speak to your company so they can either complete this for you or send us the details to complete on your behalf.
The outstanding tasks work in a traffic Light system.
Red- Mandatory tasks. These must be completed before any mileage or expenses can be logged.
Amber- Outstanding tasks. These are tasks that need to be completed, but are not mandatory and therefore you can still log your mileage in the meantime.
Green- Your outstanding tasks box will display with a smiley face once all tasks are complete. You will be able to access all areas of your account.

The traffic light system also shows if you click onto 'My details'. You can see if there are any areas in which need updating using the 3 dots at the end of each tab.
Green is fully complete.
Amber is Needing some further information.
Red would be no data is stored for this field and it needs to be updated.

Please note that if you have any mandatory tasks or you have pending documents that need to be checked, mileage entry will remain blocked until this task has been completed. It is important to complete any outstanding tasks as they appear on your account to avoid them blocking you from recording the mileage. If you have uploaded a document that needs to be checked, you will not be able to record mileage until this has been reviewed. Please be advised the team have 2 working days to check any documents that have been uploaded.
