Your Audit Score, also known as your RAG score are automatically calculated based on entered mileage and fuel/electric spend from the previous three periods.
The scores will recalculate 3 working days after the mileage cut off date. Where spend or mileage is missing, no audit score will generate (N/A). Customers specify which categories they wish to contribute to the audit score.
Audit scores are viewable under the “My details” section of driver’s accounts and highlight anomalies in the mileage entry and fuel/electric spend. In the instance that the audit score is “Very Poor”, then this will be highlighted in the “Outstanding Tasks” section of the driver’s TMC account.
The TMC audit team contact drivers, via phone or email, to discuss their audit score, including any contributing factors. If a driver fails to respond to the audit team, this will be escalated to the driver’s line manager, advising them to ask the driver to contact the audit team. Following the audit contact, if there are discrepancies or the matter is unresolved, the audit team will highlight any issues directly to the customer contact.
