Completing the Scheme Switch Process


If you recently had a scheme switch, you may have a notification on your Outstanding Tasks, stating you need to close off your previous scheme.



Click the outstanding task to be taken to a new screen. Here you have the option to enter any missing trips from the previous scheme. Please click 'Enter missing trips' to do this. 



If you do enter any missing trips on the screen provided, then click 'Close off month' at the bottom of the page to finalise this.


Once done, your previous scheme will be up to date and you can continue logging any trips in your new scheme. The outstanding task will now clear. 


Reviewing your Previous Schemes

If you've had a scheme switch, and wish to review the data in your previous scheme, you can do so by going to the Trip Summary page, via the left-hand-side bar and clicking 'Mileage Entry'.


You'll then be taken to the Trip Summary page. At the top, if you've had a scheme switch, you will see a dropdown titled 'Schemes'.



Clicking this dropdown will show you the schemes you've been in and the date on the right-hand side of when you have changed to that scheme.
