Complete a Business/Private Summary Split

If your company only requires a summary of the business and private miles you've done, at the end of the month you can complete a summary business/private split by clicking 'Enter your business trips here', from the Home Screen.

Once clicked, you'll be taken to a page asking you to enter the total business miles/kilometres done throughout the period. 

Enter your value and click 'Complete summary month'.

You'll then be taken to another page to enter your closing odometer reading.

Once entered, click 'Continue'.

Finally, you'll be shown the total business/private miles calculated by the system. If you're happy with the figured, click 'Continue close off', then confirm the close off process.
