Reporting Suite - How to Extract your Data

If you need to extract the data logged in your account, you're able to use the reporting suite on your account.





Click 'Reporting Suite' from the left-hand-side of your account. 


Once you have navigated to the reporting suite you will be presented with 3 report types - here you can select the report required and specify the date range.


After entering the dates, click ‘Run Report’. The report will then be downloaded in an excel file.



You may be required to export your trip report to support your P87 claim at the end of the tax year, if so, change the 'Date From' and 'Date To' to run from April to April of the previous tax year.


The trip report will show all mileage logged on your account, reflecting the method of mileage entry on your account E.G: Leg-based or Standard Entry


The expense report is a report of all your non-fuel related expenses, logged onto your account. The format of this report also matches the format you enter expenses.


A full details will show all summed values, relating to your account, over the date range specified on the filters.
