Reopening Periods

Period can only be opened if the cut off date (visible on the left hand side of your account has not passed.


From the ‘Mileage Entry’ page, click on ‘Choose Action’ followed by ‘Reopen Period’.



Click ‘OK’ - remembering to keep a record of odometer readings to close the period back off. 


The period will then be reopened and you will be able to enter mileage and costs.


Please note: If you have missed a cut off date, the period cannot be reopened and any outstanding mileage or employee funded costs should be logged into the next open period. If missing the period has resulted in a full deduction - the full deduction will be recalculated during the next close off and payroll value calculation.
