Only fuel purchased using your own money should be manually added to your account.If you have been provided with a fuel card, you do not need to manually enter any spends made with the card.
If your fuel card provider is HSBC, Barclaycard, Citibank or a Silvey fuel card, you should see the transaction latest within 4 days of this being made, on your TMC account.
Any other fuel card providers are usually uploaded monthly, after your cut off date but before your payroll date.
If you have the Employee Fuel Cards option under My Details, you can view the fuel card assigned to your account or add a new fuel card by pressing "Add New Fuel Card" .
