Only fuel purchased using your own money should be manually added to your account.
If you have been provided with a fuel card, you do not need to record any purchases made on the card.
Depending on your provider, the transaction details will be loaded onto your account at different frequencies, either daily or monthly.
If applicable, you can view the fuel card assigned to your account under 'My Details', then the 'Employee Fuel Cards' section.
If you need records spends made not using your fuel card, please refer to adding costs
