Fuel notifications are an automated services that customers can activate allowing drivers to receive emails with a reference number when an anomaly is detected in their fuel spending or mileage on the employee's account.
Fuel notifications are sent to drivers as reminders ensuring compliance and promoting cost saving. Drivers are not required to respond to the notifications. Drivers will only receive one email per anomaly and these will not be escalated to line managers or customer contacts.
You do not need to respond to fuel notifications sent to you, they will be dealt with automatically
