Velocity is an automated service that customers can activate, which allows drivers to receive a text message or email containing a unique reference number when an anomaly is detected in their fuel spending or mileage on the employee's account.
Employees will receive a text message or email daily until the reference is resolved, up to the fourth day. On the fourth day, the matter will be escalated to the employee, with their line manager included in the communication. If the issue remains unresolved by the sixth day, the status will be updated and sent to the customer contact.
