Under ‘My Details’ > ‘Employee Licence & Policy Checks’, click ‘DVLA Declaration’

On the screen you’ve opened fill out all fields, as required.

Once filled in, confirm your agreements by ticking the box, and submit your request.
Your licence information is checked against the DVLA, if any information does not match their records, a manual verification may be carried out by one of our support team, which may take up to two working days to complete.
If a manual check is required, a two working day SLA applies to the check. Chasing our team will not speed up the checking process. Please also note that the team Cannot complete the Licence declaration on your behalf, as you must read the legal agreement and consent to this. Should you need any help with completing this or reading the agreement, please reach out to your company for further assistance.
Once the check has been completed and approved, the status of the check will show as "Declaration Approved" under the section where you completed the check. This will also clear the "licence check outstanding" message from the "Tasks" section of your account.
If you have a Northern Ireland Driving Licence, you will need to select the "international licence" option and enter the required details as requested.
